How it works
Two ways to hand it over.
Both of them start and end in a text message.
Leave it out
Put the bag by your door before you go. Nobody needs to be home, awake or anywhere nearby.
- Text us the day you want it picked up.
- Leave the bag outside. We text you when it's picked up.
- It comes back to the same spot, folded, with a photo.
Hand it over
If you'd rather pass the bag to a person, say so when you book and the driver will knock.
- Tell us you'd like to hand it over — we'll agree a time.
- The driver knocks and takes the bag from you.
- Choose the same again on delivery, or a doorstep drop.
What we wash
Everyday laundry by the pound. Anything that needs special handling is confirmed by text before we touch it.
By the pound
Shirts, jeans, socks, underwear, workout gear, kids' clothes, towels, sheets.
No sorting
Put it all in one bag. We separate whites, colors, and delicates on our end.
Special care
A delicate top, a stain, something that can't go in the dryer: mention it when you book and it's handled separately.
Not yet
Dry cleaning, pressing and alterations. Wash, dry and fold is the whole service today.

A pound, on a subscription
One-time pickups are $2.00 a pound. Weighed and charged after pickup, with a $25 minimum per order either way. Pickup and delivery are in the rate. There is no other fee and no membership.

No account, no login, no slot picker. One text and it's booked.
The point
You never need to be home.
This is the part that matters, and every other step is designed around it. You don't sit around waiting for a window. You don't rearrange a meeting. You put a bag down before you leave and it's back, folded, by this time tomorrow.
It works the same in a house or an apartment. Put your unit number on the signup form and the driver comes to your door. If you manage a building and want this offered to your residents, talk to us.

What if I need to cancel?
Text us. Canceling is free right up until your bag is picked up. Once it's with us it's already being processed, so it can't be canceled after that.
How much fits in a bag?
A typical bag holds 15 to 18 lb, about one full washing machine, which comes to roughly $30 to $36 at the $2.00 one-time rate, or less on a subscription at $1.80 a pound. We take up to 50 lb in one pickup. See pricing.
Can I set detergent or drying preferences?
Yes, once. You set them at signup, and you can change them any time by text. We keep them on file so you only say it once.
Do I need my own bag?
Any bag works. Use whatever you have: a laundry sack, a duffel, a sturdy tote.
How do I pay?
Before your first pickup we text you a secure link to save a card. It's handled by Stripe, our payment processor. The card number never touches this website. Saving it doesn't charge it: nothing is taken when you book. Your laundry is weighed after we collect it, and that is the moment your card is charged. We text you the weight and the total at the same time.
Do you serve my area?
We cover Bergen County. Sign up even if you're just outside it and we'll tell you when we reach you.
