Question 1

When exactly am I charged?

Accepted Answer

Once per pickup, after we weigh it, and you are told as it happens. Nothing is taken when you book. The text with the weight and the total arrives at the moment your card is charged. A subscription is charged the same way, per pickup after weighing, never on a cycle.

Question 2

Do you charge for pickup or delivery?

Accepted Answer

No separate charge. Pickup and return are included in the price for your address. There is no other fee.

Question 3

Is there a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is a lower price rather than a membership. Pickups come every week or every 2 weeks, and a subscription costs less than a one-time pickup at the same address. There is nothing to join, no joining fee and no minimum number of pickups. Priced for your address, delivery included. See your price at lyndry.com/account.
