Nothing
There is no delivery fee, no rush fee and no membership. The rate you choose with a $25 minimum is the entire price. A subscription is a lower rate, not a club: nothing to join, no joining fee, and no minimum number of pickups.
What we don't do yet: dry cleaning, pressing and alterations. Wash, dry and fold is the whole service today.
We take up to 50 lb in a single pickup.
What a bag costs
Card on file, charged after the wash. No fee for having an account, on either rate: a subscription is charged per pickup like everything else. You can stop the texts any time by replying STOP.

Questions
Is there a subscription?
Yes, and it is a rate rather than a membership. A one-time pickup is $2.00 a pound. A subscription is $1.80 a pound with pickups weekly, every 2 weeks, or every month. There is nothing to join, no joining fee and no minimum number of pickups, you still pay only for the laundry you send, and you can change how often we come or cancel at any time. Cancelling never changes the price of a pickup you have already had.
How do I know what I'll be charged?
We weigh your laundry after picking it up and multiply by your rate: $1.80 a pound on a subscription, or $2.00 a pound for a one-time pickup. A $25 minimum per pickup applies either way. A typical 15 to 18 lb bag works out around $30 to $36 at the one-time rate. You get the exact figure by text before the charge goes through.
How do I pay?
Before your first pickup we text you a secure link to add a card. It's handled by Stripe, our payment processor. The card number never touches this website and we never see it.
When exactly am I charged?
Once per pickup, after we weigh it, and you are told as it happens. Nothing is taken when you book. The text with the weight and the total arrives at the moment your card is charged. You are only ever charged for a pickup, never for having an account and never on a subscription cycle: a subscription books pickups and each one is charged after it is weighed, exactly like a one-time pickup. We text you the evening before every pickup, so nothing is ever charged without warning.
What if my laundry weighs very little?
The $25 minimum per pickup is the price, and it is the same $25 on either rate. A small load still gets a full pickup, a full wash and fold, and a full delivery, which is what the minimum covers. Cancel before we pick up and there is nothing to pay.
Do you charge for pickup or delivery?
No. Both are included in the per-pound rate, whichever one you are on.
What if something needs special handling?
Mention it when you book and we'll take care of it. If it's something we can't do, we'll tell you before we pick up, not after.
